what’s the thing about you that only the night knows?
there are thoughts that only arrive when the day is done and no one needs you to perform. the night holds what the daytime you won't carry.
every day there's one live question, the same for everyone. answer it anonymously, see what other people said. it's all gone in seven days.
answer today's question →think about what comes to you when you are lying in the dark, the thoughts that visit between the last scroll and sleep. write one of them down. it might be a want, a worry, a version of yourself you only meet alone. don't explain it or justify it. just describe it as plainly as you can. you might write about what you think about but never say aloud, or a feeling that doesn't match the face you show people. let the page hold it the way the dark does. without judgement, without light.
- write about a thought that visits you most nights but has never left your mouth.
- describe the difference between who you are at 2pm and who you are at 2am.
- name something the dark makes room for that the day does not.
for anyone who feels like there is a version of them that only exists in private, and wants to put a little of it on paper.
