answer today's question

write down something you are genuinely proud of that you have never told anyone. it might be small. it might be something you did years ago. it could be a choice you made, a habit you broke, a moment where you stayed when everything in you wanted to leave. write down why it matters to you. then write down why you haven't shared it. sometimes the private things stay private because they are too tender, or because we are afraid they sound small. let it be big on the page, even if it feels small everywhere else.

  • write about something you did for yourself when no one was watching.
  • think about a moment of quiet strength that felt significant only to you.
  • consider whether keeping it private has protected it or diminished it.

this is for anyone who has done something worth being proud of but never heard anyone say so. especially if you have a habit of downplaying yourself.
