what would younger you be relieved to know?
there's a version of you from years ago who was worried about something that you now know turned out okay. or at least turned out survivable.
every day there's one live question, the same for everyone. answer it anonymously, see what other people said. it's all gone in seven days.
answer today's question →pick an age. maybe a hard one. maybe just a version of yourself who was uncertain about the future. write down what that younger you was most afraid of or most unsure about. then write what you'd want them to know from where you stand now. you don't have to pretend everything is perfect. relief doesn't require perfection. it just requires something being less terrible than feared. be specific. don't write a motivational speech. write the honest, plain thing that would have let them exhale, even briefly.
- write to the version of yourself who was most afraid they wouldn't cope.
- think about a specific worry from your past that turned out to be smaller than it seemed.
- describe the piece of your present life that your younger self wouldn't have believed was possible.
this is for anyone who has been through something hard and hasn't paused to notice how far they've come since.
